INIVE
eeig
(International Network
for Information on Ventilation and Energy performance)
has been officially created on May 23rd 2001.
INIVE
has the legal structure of a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG). The
requirements for the creating of an EEIG are specified in the European Council
Regulation of July 25 1985.
The
fact of ?uropean? does not mean at all that the grouping is focusing on
Europe. However, the European law
describing the conditions for an EEIG imposes that only firms and companies
registered in one of the member countries of the European Union can be a member
of the grouping.

object of the Grouping shall be to facilitate and further develop the economic
activities of the Members and to improve or increase the results of these
activities, including in the field of contract research on behalf of third
parties by offering to prospective customers a coordinated complex of technical
and dissemination skills in the field of air flow and ventilation related
activities.
